What do you charge for your Voice Over performances?

Contact me with your project details – length of recording, broadcast details, etc. and I’ll send you a custom quote. My rates are competitive and bulk rates for large projects are available.

Do you provide auditions?

I certainly do! Send me your custom script and I’ll send you back a high quality watermarked mp3 with a couple of reads, with no obligation on your part.

Do you offer other services like mixing in royalty-free music or sound effects?

You bet. I’m a skilled audio editor with over a decade of experience and I have a great collection of both of royalty-free music and sound effects. I provide three music options before mixing, to make sure you have the best fit for your brand. Let me know if you’d like this option when requesting a quote.

How do you accept payment?

I’m happy to take payment by e-transfer, direct deposit, cheque, Payoneer or PayPal. A small fee will apply to PayPal transactions.

I’m in a rush, so how fast can you get this back to me?

You’re in luck my friends, speed is my middle name. I suggest at least 24 hours notice for a project to allow for any unforeseen circumstances, but I can usually turn most projects around within 1–5 hours depending on the size and complexity of the project, and commitments to other clients.

Do you have a professional quality home studio?

Yes! I regularly record broadcast quality projects from my custom-built sound booth for national commercials as well as award winning animations and podcasts.

Can we give you live direction or record you remotely?

I’m happy to take direction over the phone, Facetime, Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype. I can record remotely using Source Connect Standard or RiverFM. I require at least 48 hours notice for studio bookings if you’d like to record me in a studio with a separate engineer.

Acting since the age of 12, Becky formalized her training obtaining a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of British Columbia, studying classical theatre in Oxford, England with the British American Drama Academy. She continues her professional growth to this day with private voice and acting classes with top international coaches, like Nancy Wolfson of Brain Tracks Audio, veteran casting director and coach Donna Grillo and Emmy Award Winner Susan Hart.

An award-winning podcaster and pop-culture commentator, Becky started out with her own podcast, The Royal Canadian Movie Podcast which ran for three years and featured interviews with Canadian film industry experts, Academy Award winners, comedians, and more. She’s also the co-host and co-writer of the podcast AI Meets World from Microsoft and the Globe and Mail’s Globe Content Studio which explores how AI technology is changing the world around us and uses sci-fi movies and TV to explain complex topics.
